A Message from the Basileus

Thank you for visiting the website of the Epsilon Eta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.

For more than 40 years, the Greater Women of Epsilon Eta Sigma have been pillars in the Peoria community, proudly living out the principles of Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service.  Through Sisterhood, we support and encourage one another while cultivating women leaders who are committed to making a difference. Through Scholarship, we invest in the next generation by providing scholarships, mentorship, and opportunities for youth in our community. Through Service, we remain intentional in meeting the needs of our community through local efforts and several of our Sorority’s national program initiatives, including Operation BigBookBag, our annual Youth Symposium, Swim 1922, and women’s wellness initiatives.

The seven founders of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated envisioned an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life within our communities. Today, Epsilon Eta Sigma is proud to continue that legacy through meaningful service, community engagement, and sisterhood.
